6" Caramel Carrot Cake

3 layers of spiced carrot cake, filled with cream cheese frosting, and caramel. Coated with carrot cake crumbs, and topped with more homemade caramel. 6" round cake, and serves 6-8. Contains cinnamon, all spice, and clover.
